The interview process moved fast. They asked a few questions, and I got the job offer. I've been here for over 20 years and don't plan on leaving because of the great pay and benefits. I'm not a fan of the rotating shifts, but it's okay.

The interview process had three stages: first a resume review, then a phone interview, followed by a Zoom interview. The HR assistant manager set it up and everyone was really friendly. It wasn't too hard and mostly involved STAR questions.
