So after I completed the Customer Service Skills Test, I then had to do this pre-recorded interview which had three behaviour questions, about managing a quality service, delivering at pace, and communicating and influencing. They gave prompts for each of these too. After that, I got a provisional offer, just waiting on the background checks.
