After submitting an online application, I went through a panel interview. All communication was through their portal, which was a terrible system. I was initially told I didn't get the job but would be kept on file for a year. Months later, I got an offer via email that linked back to the portal for pre-employment stuff. After I completed all that, I got confirmation I passed everything, including way too many reference checks, and the manager would set my start date. The next day, they emailed to say there was a system glitch and no job was available.

They asked a few general questions at the start, then the main part was split into two sections: one with 4 questions about strengths and another with 4 questions about behaviour. The strengths they looked for were being service focused, a team player, adaptable, and disciplined. The behaviour questions covered communicating and influencing, delivering at pace, managing a quality service, and working together.

I filled out the application and then had to answer some longer questions (under 250 words) about specific behaviors I've shown. After that, there was an in-person interview with a panel of 2 people. They were really friendly and encouraged me to elaborate on my answers.
