Interior Designer
I had two interviews, one with senior management and another with a principal. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable. We met in either the large conference room or a smaller lounge area at the office. I presented my portfolio digitally.

- What are your thoughts on design?
- Could you walk me through your portfolio?
Interior Designer
I was referred to HLW by a professor and a current student employee. When I arrived, I was greeted nicely. The conversation was great and I felt comfortable during the interview. After discussing my portfolio and past work, we reviewed the company's goals and strengths, and I realized HLW would be a good fit for me.
- Could you tell me about the software you've utilized for your academic projects?
Interior Designer
Had a review meeting with a principal and a project manager. They were both nice and looked at about a third of my portfolio. Then, we took a tour of the office. It felt pretty chill. I got the vibe they aren't rushed to fill the spot.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Tell me about your experience with FFE selection.
