So, this happened like 7 years ago. First, I had to do this written test where they asked me a bunch of stuff about auditing. Then, I had a chat with a partner, it was just them and me, and they mostly asked about me personally, not really about technical stuff. I actually got the offer the same day.

Behavioral Other

I was interviewed by one Partner and the HR Representative. It wasn't a super structured interview. The position is new, but it will take over work currently handled by the partners and another admin employee. It was hard to tell exactly what would be needed even with the job description, and I think the salary discussed might be too low for what they'll actually expect. They seemed to ask quite a bit about my personal life and what I do outside of work, about half the interview.

The interviews were okay, cordial staff. The goal is to show them you are enthusiastic, willing to learn and have knowledge in Audit and Accounting. They called me to let me know that I got the job. I asked to see the offer. I never got a response! I called the following week. He said he'd call me back. That is how they went quiet.
