I was contacted by a recruiting manager and then scheduled a call with a junior recruiter who recently graduated and had no sales experience. This recruiter asked generic questions from a checklist and seemed uninterested in the job or the product. She didn't provide any feedback on my qualifications and was unwilling to connect me with the hiring manager, stating it was up to them to decide. I suspect bias, as other recruiters have been more transparent and efficient. The process concluded with an automated rejection and no feedback. It was a disappointing experience, especially relying on an unqualified recruiter.

The interview process was really well-organized and thorough. On the interview day, there were a bunch of individual and group meetings back-to-back. This gave me a good feel for the people, the company culture, and how the organization is structured. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right from the start when I got to the office.

Behavioral Presentation

Started with a recruiter call, then an interview with the Hiring Manager. After that, I had a loop of meetings with individual stakeholders, and finally, I gave a presentation of an action plan to a panel. The whole process felt professional and moved along well. The team was really welcoming, and my recruiter, Lauren, was great at keeping me updated.
