Start by giving them an overview about your current position or activities then provide the most important and relevant highlights from your background that make you the most qualified for the role. If you’d like, it is generally acceptable to include some light personal details about things like your pets, hobbies or family. Doing so can help you be more memorable and personable to the interviewer.

It was a smooth process. I first connected with the TA head and had an initial call to go over the requirements and the opportunity. Following that, there were two technical interviews with the TA Head and the Head of People. Then, one HR round, and a final round to sort out the CTC. Everyone was really friendly, the discussions were insightful, and they really pushed me to think outside the box. They were upfront with feedback and very motivating.

Just got the rudest rejection email after a resume review. The wording was insulting and unprofessional. Bad candidate experience, Hiver. They said, "We've looked at all inputs we have and it looks like we're not going to be able to go further in the process right now. I'm sure these are things that you'd definitely improve on as you go further..." Wow. Really unprofessional.
