This process is structured and well thought out. There are multiple stages but not too many. Every stage is designed to specifically test various aspects of product management. The assignment stage has well written requirements that are challenging to just the right degree. You will be tested well - and nothing is random. Every question you are asked is relevant and there's a purpose behind it.

It was casual but deep and research-oriented. It took a lot of time to attempt the assignments, and the time between interviews was also prolonged. I had to follow up with the talent team far too many times for updates, perhaps that can be improved.
