This was my second time interviewing with HITT for this role. Both times, I had an initial screening with HR, which then led to an interview with an executive. The first interview was very brief, only about 5 minutes. The executive seemed unprepared, stating I lacked the required experience and apologizing for the wasted time. The second interview involved two project executives. This experience was positive; the interviewers were polite and asked insightful, engaging questions. It was clear they were seeking someone to help generate more business for their teams, and it wasn't an urgent hiring need.

The interview process moved really fast, which was nice because I met with several people all at once, making it quick. But honestly, it felt super rushed. They missed out on sharing a lot of key info that would've influenced my decision if I'd chosen to work there.

The interview process was pretty easy. I first talked on the phone, then went to their main office for two rounds. One of those rounds was with the person I would be reporting to, which was good for understanding what they wanted and if I fit.
