The first and second rounds were with HR and hiring managers; they were normal interviews with normal people and questions. The third round with the director was a complete waste of time. The entire one hour was fully dedicated to questions like “give you nails and wires, make me an inverter” and “grab pen and paper please do this math problem”. It’s a joke and insulting if you have experience in the industry and given your engineering educational background.
