Software Developer
It started with a resume screen, then a first chat with HR. After that, there were technical tests or coding challenges. Next up were some technical interviews, and finally, a chat with HR or a manager.

The interviewer was very careful and attentive throughout the process, explaining everything that needed to be done clearly. They scheduled all the meetings and precisely detailed what I would encounter, so I didn't have to feel unsure about what was coming.
