The interview involved 4 people, all speaking Japanese, typical for a Japanese interview. The unique aspect was having 2 Indonesians present, which helped ease the situation. The main interviewer, who posed the questions, was the director himself.

it was a 3 rounds process. First round was an IQ and technical test. Second round, HR interviewed me. The last, piping manager interviewed me. During the interviews, we talked about the company, the work, and my personality.

It was a standard hiring process, moving quickly and smoothly. I first connected with the external recruiter they were working with. Then, within a two-week span, I met with HR, the sales director, the country CEO, and the BU directors. We then discussed an offer, which I accepted and signed. It was genuinely the most efficient and pleasant hiring experience I've had in ages.
