Agile Project Manager
First, there was an HR round where we did introductions and they asked questions about my CV. Then, I had an onsite interview for a technical and team fit assessment with the project manager. The whole process was in German, but in the second interview, the manager switched to English because the project language was English.
- Can you tell me about your CV and previous experiences?
- What are your experiences with project management tools?
- Tell me about your CV and introduce yourself.
Project Manager
- Why do you want to change jobs? What prompted you?
- What motivated your job change?
Project Manager
The interview process was quick and the HR was responsive. It had 5 stages including screening, a remote interview, and an in-person interview. The interviewers were friendly and helpful, clearly communicated expectations, and provided accurate feedback. It felt like a pretty relaxed and not too serious process.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult team member.
- Can you share your experience in managing challenging clients?
- How does your background and experience fit the needs of this position?
