The technical interview was good, well balanced for the position, with clear expectations and feedback. Nothing exceptional but better than many other companies. HRs need to be more clear and transparent on the compensation package; this is what the Company should really try to improve.

The interview process involved 3 steps, spanning three different days. First, there was a chat with HR, then with engineers, and finally with the department managers. Two of these were online, and one was in person, during which I was also shown the entire production process. The HR person was very serious.

It was a very easy interview process with 3 panels for the engineering department. It was a two-way interview, and the pressure was low. You can ask as many questions as you want to the panels; they even encourage you to ask more, since the railway niche is such a limited business in Malaysia.
