Project Manager
The interview process was good, not too long or complicated. The HR call was pretty straightforward, but then there were many situational questions, like 'if you were in this situation, what would you do?' and 'how did you manage X and Y?'
- What is your greatest weakness and strength?
- Tell me about your weakness and strength.
Project Manager
So first I had to do an online aptitude test with 50 core questions, then a psychometric test which was behaviour based with 8 reasoning questions, followed by a personal technical interview and an hr interview, all done online.
- Can you explain KVL and KCL?
- Tell me about transformers.
- Describe your approach to designing transformers.
Project Manager
It took about two weeks to get invited for the first interview, which was online with the hiring manager and went well. Then, it was another two weeks for the second round. This second interview was in person with two technical people, and HR joined online a bit late. I really connected with the technical folks, but the HR person seemed disengaged and missed important parts of our talk. The next week, HR sent a rejection, and their feedback didn't match what we discussed, confirming my thought that they weren't paying attention.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
- What would you say are your strongest qualities?
- What makes you want to apply for this specific role?
