The interview process was good, not too long or complicated. The HR call was pretty straightforward, but then there were many situational questions, like 'if you were in this situation, what would you do?' and 'how did you manage X and Y?'

Behavioral Technical

It took about two weeks to get invited for the first interview, which was online with the hiring manager and went well. Then, it was another two weeks for the second round. This second interview was in person with two technical people, and HR joined online a bit late. I really connected with the technical folks, but the HR person seemed disengaged and missed important parts of our talk. The next week, HR sent a rejection, and their feedback didn't match what we discussed, confirming my thought that they weren't paying attention.

  • What would you say are your strongest qualities?
