Applied for the Power+ Graduate Trainee program. First up was an interview with the hiring manager for the graduate program. We first chatted about the company and the program, then I was asked interview questions. Next is an assessment day, which includes a self-presentation, a case study, a role play, and an online assessment test. I made it to the second stage but haven't done it yet.
