The whole thing took about a month, so it was pretty standard. First, they looked at my CV, then I had a phone call with a recruiter, and finally, a Teams call with the manager. They promised to get back to me with feedback after the second interview, but they didn't. I had to send a follow-up email to remind them.

It was very fast and objective. The first interview was with the manager of the requested area of the vacancy, which focused more on technical skills, previous professional experience and career plan. The second stage was with HR the next day, where we had basic questions that every HR person asks in the selection process (personal introduction, skills, career plan, if you have any languages, etc.), by the way, the recruiter was super receptive and charismatic during the interview. However, I did not receive feedback from the selection process that they promised in the 2 interviews, which I think is a lack of preparation from the HR team, as we candidates dedicate ourselves throughout the process and it is empathetic to have feedback even if it is negative, so this is my only constructive criticism.

The interview process had two main parts: a phone screening and then an in-person interview at their office. The phone screen went smoothly, they sent me a schedule beforehand so I could choose my date, and they asked me some basic screening questions. The face-to-face interview was longer, with more behavioral questions and one technical question. Overall, the whole process took quite a while, about 2 months from when I applied to when they got back to me after the final interview.
