First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hissho Sushi.
Chef
The interview process was good. It involved the HR manager and the regional manager. The whole thing took about a month or two, and after that, I had training at the headquarters in North Carolina.
- What is your expected salary?
Marketing Specialist
Had 2 video interviews, all easy get to know you questions. It was great what can I say I was hoping to get the position and was not a selected candidate.
- How has your previous experience prepared you for this role?
Intern
It was a phone call interview process.
- What are your typical questions?
Account Executive
The interview process was very basic. The hiring managers seemed unskilled and unfamiliar with proper interviewing techniques, both legally and from a management perspective. The recruiting process was rudimentary and lacked helpful information. More training is needed for both the company and the managers due to a shortage of experienced management.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- Do you have any kids?
- Are you married?
