Manager
I put in my application in early September. Around a month went by before I heard back for a phone screening. A week after that, I had a virtual interview. The people I spoke with were nice and professional. They told me there would be another interview and an assessment, and they hoped to decide within two weeks. I followed up with HR after two weeks, but two more weeks have passed and I still haven't heard back. While I get that hiring takes time, a quick email update would have been appreciated, even if it was just to say I wasn't moving forward. It would've been great to join the team, and some feedback would've been nice.
- Tell me about your past work experience.
- Why are you a good fit for this position?
Program Manager
I applied in November 2024. The first two interviews were fine: a recruiter screen and then an interview with the regional team. After that, I was on hold for months due to political uncertainty. Then I had a third interview with a director who seemed unaware of my previous interviews, asking questions I'd already answered. It's been over six weeks since that last interview and I haven't heard back. While I understand political factors can cause delays, the organization could have managed the process better.
- Were you involved in budget management?
Development Coordinator
I went through 2 interviews, and I'm not sure if there was another step after that. The first interview was a video call where they asked basic questions about me and what I could bring to the role. After that, I met with the team. It was a group interview where we discussed my resume and my knowledge of nonprofits and their specific organization.
- What's your experience with nonprofits and what skills do you bring?
- Tell me about your experience working with data and the software you've used to track information.
- What drew you to this particular role and our organization?
Account Representative
The interview process was very quick and the people were very professional. Everything is good so far. The staff members are attentive and treat you like family. The offices are clean and the parking lot is secure, as are the surroundings.
- How was your experience with the attentive personnel?
- What do you think about the clean offices?
- How do you feel about the interview process up to this point?
