I had an initial chat with the recruiter, then a competency-based interview and we reviewed a case study. The final interview was with the regional manager, who was really helpful and told me about recent changes to job roles.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I applied for a specialized marketing position and the interview process was top-notch from start to finish. It began with a positive HR screening focused on cultural fit, followed by a more skills-based phone screen. Then, I had a full day of first-round interviews with the hiring manager and four other team members. Since the decision was tight between two candidates, I was invited back for a second round where I was asked realistic business situation questions. It was tough, but my prep paid off, and I got and accepted the offer. I'm happy with how the role turned out to be exactly as described during the interviews.

Had a phone interview with someone who seemed new and wasn't super comfortable asking the questions, which was a bit awkward for me. Some of the questions were confusing and I had to ask for them to be repeated.

First you apply online, where you put in basic info like name and address and attach your resume. Then HR calls for a phone interview to see if you're a good fit to be sent to the hiring manager. The hiring manager or HR will then call to set up an interview, and before that you have to fill out a more detailed application. If you get the job after the interview, you'll get an offer letter, and then you fill out paperwork for a background check and a drug test.
