We started with an HR chat. She told us about the company and asked about my marketing background. We wrapped up with questions. Then, I had a chat with the marketing manager. She asked about my experience, specifically how it fits what the job needs. We went over the job duties and the company. We ended with questions.

I applied online and after a phone screening the next day, I went through a total of three interviews. The overall experience was great, and the interviewers were very professional and friendly. The interview process was very smooth, efficient, and transparent. During the interviews, I was clearly informed about the company's culture, values, and expectations so we made sure the position was going to be a match with my personal goals.

So the whole interview process takes about 3-4 rounds and spans 2-5 weeks. It starts with a quick phone screen, then a video call, then an in-person interview, and finally you meet the CEO. It's a pretty solid structure, but man, it's a long haul, and sometimes the interviewers were a bit late. They did answer all my questions though and really explained the job and what the day-to-day looks like.
