I had a great interview with HireIO. The team was really professional and the whole process was super organized. They were really into my skills and gave me a good feel for what it's like to work there. I'm glad I got the chance and I'd love to join HireIO.

Consultant
I applied online and after a phone screening the next day, I went through a total of three interviews. The overall experience was great, and the interviewers were very professional and friendly. The interview process was very smooth, efficient, and transparent. During the interviews, I was clearly informed about the company's culture, values, and expectations so we made sure the position was going to be a match with my personal goals.
- What are your 5-10 year career goals?
Recruitment Associate
So the whole interview process takes about 3-4 rounds and spans 2-5 weeks. It starts with a quick phone screen, then a video call, then an in-person interview, and finally you meet the CEO. It's a pretty solid structure, but man, it's a long haul, and sometimes the interviewers were a bit late. They did answer all my questions though and really explained the job and what the day-to-day looks like.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What types of recruiting roles have you worked in before?
- Describe your approach to managing multiple competing priorities.
