The interview process at Hiossen was pretty straightforward and fast. Lots of information provided from the recruiter. Hiring manager interview also straightforward. Too many word count requirements for this section

It took about a month and a half for the interview process. First, there was a 10-15 minute HR call. Then, I had to drive an hour and a half for a manager interview. Two weeks later, I had a third interview where I had to drive almost 3 hours because the manager insisted on meeting in person, and it only lasted 10 minutes. After another two weeks, HR told me the regional manager couldn't decide between me and another candidate and passed it to the bigger boss. The fourth interview was only about 5 minutes long with the bigger boss, who asked hardly any questions and had no personality. I knew I wouldn't get the offer after he mentioned the other candidate had 8 more years of experience. The whole process felt too long and like a waste of time and money.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I got contacted about 5 days after applying on ZipRecruiter by a regional trainer. We had a 35-minute phone call, very conversational and easy to understand. They then scheduled an interview that worked for me and I also had to complete some online personality tests beforehand. The first interview had 4 employees, including the trainer. It was pretty open and casual, but still serious because I wanted to make a good impression. The second interview was the next week and was more formal, just me and the executive director. It was serious, but still had a light mood where we laughed. A week later, I got the official offer via email.
