First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HiOperator.
Customer Service Agent
First, there's a phone interview to check if you meet the basic requirements. They usually ask about your strengths, weaknesses, and how you handle customer objections or issues. If you do well on that, you'll get called in for an in-person meeting.
- Can you tell me how you handle receiving constructive criticism?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process wasn't too tough and felt pretty relaxed. It began with a phone call, then I had an in-person interview. They got back to me pretty quickly after the two interviews.
- Can you tell me your typing speed in words per minute?
Customer Experience Specialist
It was a pretty straightforward interview process, not anything out of the ordinary for a tech company. The people were nice and replied quickly, like they were in a hurry to hire someone. The office itself was quite nice and a definite plus.
- Describe a situation where you had to deal with a challenging customer and how you managed it.
