Marketing Manager
The interview process is quite involved, requiring multiple rounds and a presentation. It starts with a recruiter screening, then a hiring manager meeting, followed by a panel presentation and individual interviews. The remote onsite part usually takes one to two days. This is pretty standard for bigger tech companies.
- Questions were based on technical, behavioral, and situational aspects.
- Just use the STAR approach and you will be good.
Marketing Manager
The interview process was quite lengthy, involving a comprehensive case study and a subsequent presentation. I noticed a significant disconnect between the recruiter's feedback and the input from the hiring team. Overall, the process didn't feel entirely fair or straightforward.
- Can you tell me about your unique abilities?
Marketing Manager
The recruiting team has a really dialed-in process. It's super organized and feels fair because they make sure you know what's coming up at each stage. It started with a phone screen from a recruiter, followed by a chat with the head of growth marketing. I then got an assignment that was pretty open-ended, but I think they were looking at how I approached it and my presentation skills. After that, I met with some other key people, and the final meeting was with the hiring manager, who was new to the company at the time. They were always available for questions before and after interviews, and the recruiter made sure to check in for feedback after each meeting. All in all, it's a well-oiled machine and a really good experience.
- Can you go over each of your past roles and what the main achievements were for each?
- Given Hinge Health's emphasis on a growth mindset, what do you consider your own areas for development?
- What's prompting your search for a new opportunity?
