Technical Other

I interviewed over the phone for a full week, spending a lot of time. It ended up feeling like free consulting. They never got back to me to even say no. They were asking more about how things are done and what they did, like they were learning from me.

Behavioral Other

The interview process involved a recruiter screen, a meeting with the hiring manager, and discussions with team members. There was also a project component. After all this, they reposted the job and didn't follow up, which was frustrating. It seems like they post a lot of jobs that might not be real.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They asked common behavioral questions and for examples.

Behavioral Case

The hiring process was pretty straightforward. It started with a recruiter call, then a behavioral chat with the hiring manager. After that, there was a take-home case, followed by three more case and behavioral interviews with the team. The case was quite involved, but it gave a good sense of the actual job. Big thanks to the recruiting team for being super responsive and making the whole thing smooth and clear. It wrapped up in under 5 weeks (not counting holidays).

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share an instance where you had to acquire a new skill or undertake a novel task, and describe your methodology?
  • Could you recount a situation where you needed to manage project expectations?
