First, they screen your application and resume, looking for customer service, marketing, or public speaking experience, a good social media presence, and passion for the brand. Make sure your resume highlights brand experience and includes examples of advocacy or brand loyalty. Then, there's a 15-30 minute phone or video screening with HR or a recruiter. After that, you'll have a first-round interview with the Hiring Manager or Team Lead, which could be video or in-person. This focuses on your communication skills, brand alignment, and social media savvy. Sometimes, they'll give you an assignment or role play, like creating a social media post, recording a video about the brand, or drafting a response to a customer issue, to check your creativity and brand voice. The final interview is usually a panel or with senior leadership, covering more strategic topics like measuring campaign success or communicating brand values. Finally, there's a background check (they might look at your social media, employment history, etc.) and an offer.
