It was a difficult procedure, started with a written test, which is an elimination round. Once you get okay with it, the next step is the personal interview. In the personal interview, they just asked about qualification and something about the job description. The PI was very easy. If you got selected, they will inform you at that moment.

The interview process has about 3-4 rounds in total. First, you have to pass an online test which takes 40 minutes. This test involves reading a passage and answering questions about it. Frankly, no one seems to pass this test, regardless of how easy or hard it is. It feels like a waste of time applying to this company because they don't seem to select anyone in the first round anyway. I don't think reading passages is a big deal for anyone. This round is only for non-voice roles; voice roles don't have this test. The salary is good for non-voice positions. However, the HRs are quite rude and act like school teachers.
