The interview process was pretty laid-back. It started with a brief 15-minute phone screening, followed by a 30-minute in-person interview that included a tour. After that, they had me come in for two paid training days, which were essentially just a normal workday.

It was a really quick interview process. I went in person and they asked me a couple of questions about dealing with disagreements and my ability to work independently. I was offered the job right then and there and started the next day. Hotels really need people, you know.

I arrived ten minutes early for my interview. The receptionist told me the supervisor was out on a bank run. I waited for another half hour and they never showed up. No call or email. They didn't communicate anything. It really shows a lack of time management and makes me question how they value their employees' time. I sent a follow-up email offering to do a phone interview if they were still interested, but I haven't heard back.
