The first round was with a Prokurist, who asked very obvious and uncreative questions. That's why it didn't really match between us. Apparently, my answers were okay, as I got to the second round. There, another person was present and the conversation was much better. Hilti wants to see that you can hold your ground when difficult situations arise. They place a lot of value on values and integrity. Overall, I've kept a very good impression of the company.

I first attended a career evening where I met the HR team, among others. Notes were taken, and if they liked you, someone would contact you for the next interview with 2 sales managers. If you passed this interview (approx. 1.5 hours) as well, you would be invited for a trial day, which is still pending.
