The interview process was detailed, direct, and interesting. It was thought-provoking and difficult. The people were good, and the company atmosphere and ambience were good. I was comfortable. I will recommend this company. Prepare in advance, but not too much, just enough.

I applied for a Project Manager role and was immediately invited to complete a psychometric test. After finishing the test, I was invited to a digital interview later the same day. Following the digital interview, there was a five-week silence. Coincidentally, I applied for a similar Project Manager position in a different city with the same CV and cover letter. Within hours, I received another invitation for a psychometric test. When I logged in, the psymetrics app apparently submitted the results from the previous test, which led to another digital interview invitation. I spent a few days preparing for this interview, but when I logged in, the app seemed to automatically submit the previous digital interview, I assume. My impression is that the test and digital interview are standard for all applicants, not indicative of progress to the next stage, despite what the invitation email suggested.

There are 5 stages in the interview process. It begins with a call from local HR, followed by a meeting with the local site manager. Next, you'll meet with your team lead and the architect. The final stage involves an interview with top management. The questions asked will cover both technical and personality aspects.
