It was a 2 stage online interview. First I spoke with another PM, then with the hiring manager. The first interview had pretty generic questions. The second interview was more focused on how I would approach specific problems and scenarios. The interviewer seemed to want specific answers, which I found a bit odd coming from a software background.

I interviewed with my future team leader first, then with HR. They were really open about sharing their experiences at Hilti and even their lives outside of work. What I really appreciated was their honesty about the role sometimes involving repetitive tasks.

After the CV scan, HR will give you a call to discuss your background, experiences, and qualifications. They will also ask some behavioral questions. Next, you'll be notified that you're invited to a business case interview. HR will arrange a prep call for it beforehand. Then comes the business case interview itself. You'll be given a document to read and then asked to create a presentation within 90 minutes. You'll then present this PPT to the hiring manager and HR. During the business case interview, there will be a Q&A session covering both the case and your candidacy.
