Behavioral Case Group

It's a lengthy interview process for the Graduate Program. You'll go through HR, a Case Study, and a Business interview. If you pass those, you get invited to an in-person Assessment Center. I didn't make it to the AC though. HR was really supportive and gave quick feedback.

We weren't even given the chance for an in-person contact, so I don't have many words to share. Initially, it seemed like there was a possibility, but in truth, they processed other people.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process had three stages. The first was an introductory interview and the first explanation of the grow@hilti program. The second stage was a video interview to be recorded on a platform, with questions in both Italian and English, covering HR topics like 'tell me about a time you played a key role' or 'how do you see yourself in 5 years'. The final stage was a business case plus a short presentation to be delivered in front of several company managers and other candidates, all in English.
