The first interview is an intro to the company, what they do, and the internship offer, including what you'll be doing. The team lead isn't chatty and holds back info, so you gotta ask for details, like specifics about the internship. Then, there's an HR interview a month later, focusing on your accomplishments, how you handle failure, and teamwork experience. They usually let you know within a week after this interview.

Confirmed questions3 questions

You start with an online application, then there are three calls. The first two are with Management, and the final one is with the HR Manager. After that, they make an offer. These interviews aren't technical; they're mainly focused on getting to know you as a person and your motivation, to see if you'd fit the company. Some questions were tough and surprising because they really dig into details from your CV and Cover Letter, but it was a really good and easy experience. The interviewers are nice and helpful, and they try their best to make you comfortable.

  • Can you introduce yourself and explain your motivation for working at Hilti and why you're interested in this role?
