It was a smooth and warm interview process with average difficulty. I'd say it's one of the best interviews I've had, and good for freshers because there are good learning opportunities. Best of luck to those appearing, you'll have a good time.

Graduate program, interesting and engaging. Group work and personal interviews. Great experience. Recommended. Group session lasted an hour, individual session half an hour, and then possibility of field shadowing. After that, an interview with the manager.

I had two interviews with Hilti. The first was a phone call with a recruiter where we introduced ourselves and discussed the job offer and the required skills. It went well, so we scheduled a second interview with another recruiter who had also been an Account Manager and knew the job. I thought the second interview went very well; we were on a call for an hour. After introductions, we talked about work methods, approaches to work, and skills. I answered the questions well, receiving positive feedback and responses from the recruiter. However, there were negative aspects to the process that led to it not working out, which I want to bring to your attention. I was also interviewing with other companies during this time, and one of them made me an offer. I told the second Hilti recruiter about this, mentioning I wouldn't accept their offer because I wanted to work for Hilti. It's a long story, but basically, after three weeks of asking Hilti for feedback while I delayed my response to the other company, Hilti emailed to say I didn't fit their needs. It was a copied and pasted email, even with the wrong signature. They showed very little sensitivity, the selection process needs review, and they gave no objective reason for rejecting me.
