I applied 3 times before getting called. HR called me, and then I interviewed with my supervisor. They asked basic questions. Then there was a 2-week training, and 3 days of shadowing. The restraint training was useful, but the rest of the training felt redundant. Not much else to say about the interview process, it was kind of lack luster.

The process is pretty straightforward. You'll start with a dexterity test. If you pass that, you'll move on to an interview where you'll complete an aptitude test and other common tests. They also ask problem-solving questions. They will also go through your CV.

This was a really positive interview process. First, there was a week-long orientation to get everyone up to speed on what the role entails. We also received training in DBT and CBT, and learned how to best help patients in crisis situations.
