This is a multiple interview situation. You can expect to interview with the property manager/staff, district manager, and director of marketing. We train leasing consultants on everything from rent collection to renewals, and we have promotion opportunities from within. We're not just looking for a leasing consultant; we're looking for someone who can become our next business manager, property manager, etc.

The interview process was really good! It felt like all the questions were spot-on and relevant to the leasing consultant job. They wanted to make sure I was a great fit for the company and their office, and that it was a good fit for me too. I had two interviews: one with the Property Manager for the specific location I applied to, and another with the District Manager. I felt like they used real-life scenarios to see how I'd handle things and determine if I was a good match. What I liked best was that they both asked about my goals. It made me feel like they genuinely care about what I want to achieve and want me to succeed!

The interview process was pretty straightforward. They set up a time for the interview, and then you go in for it. A part of the interview involved you doing a tour with the community manager. She made me feel at ease. She is a very nice and humorous person. If you have at least basic interviewing abilities, you should be fine.

The Property Manager called me and set up an in-person interview with her and the Leasing Manager. After that, I interviewed over the phone with the District Manager and Marketing Manager. The in-person interviews happened within a week of the phone calls. I got a job offer within 30 days, contingent on passing a drug test.
