It was a virtual interview over Zoom. No hard technical questions, mostly just getting to know you and talking about past experience. Super chill vibe, not intense at all. There were 3 rounds in total: first a resume screen, then a virtual interview, and finally a data cleanup assignment.

You start with an application that includes essay questions, references, and a cover letter. Then there's a first interview with HR, followed by a second interview with your potential boss and HR. After that, you'll work on a project to create a communications plan for an event. The third interview is with your boss and other team members, and the fourth is with your boss and higher-ups. Finally, if all goes well, you'll get an offer.

The interview was pretty chill. It was on zoom. My first interview had just one person and they asked about my interest in the program. My second interview was with two people on a panel and they went through my resume and asked questions about it.

I submitted a cover letter and was contacted by a Hillel professional who said she'd prep me for the Zoom interview, but that never happened. I was surprised to be interviewed by six people. After nearly an hour of questions, a development person joined and asked more questions. I ended up not wanting the job. They said they'd let me know about the next stage, which would have been common courtesy. Even though I didn't want the job, I was surprised by the lack of follow-up, especially after I sent a thank-you email.
