It took 1.5 months from when I applied to when the recruiter first reached out. They sent an email with a big questionnaire, mostly STAR questions, which took a while to write out. The interviewer was really enthusiastic, but there wasn't a second round like they said there would be.

The hiring process was really smooth and encouraging. The team was warm, welcoming, and professional from the start. Nicolas from the recruiting team was particularly motivating and communicative, making me feel supported throughout. It felt like they valued me as an individual, not just a candidate. The company culture really shone through. After an initial screening, I had four rounds: first with the hiring manager (who is also the program manager), then with the data governance and operations team, and finally with leadership. Each round was well-organized and thought-provoking, covering technical, strategic, and collaborative aspects.

I got a call from a recruiter who seemed to be in a hurry and just wanted to set up a video interview with the hiring manager, like she hadn't even looked at my resume. I agreed to the call for the next week and she said she'd call me back the day after the interview. When I had the video interview with the hiring manager, she didn't seem very professional in her appearance. The questions were super detailed and a lot of them didn't even seem relevant to the actual job. Near the end of the hour-long interview, I asked if she had any reservations about my experience. She was upfront and said she was hoping for someone with more experience in a particular area from the job description. She mentioned I'd hear back before the end of the week, but I never did, not even a rejection email. And the recruiter? Never followed up like she said she would.
