It started with a bunch of phone calls with the HR Manager. After that, I had my first in-person interview at their offices with some upper-level managers. Then, there was a second in-person interview with the managers of the program team I'd be working with directly. The whole thing took about 7-8 weeks. The managers introduced themselves and explained different parts of the project. They were nice, smart, and friendly, and professional. They explained the work really well and asked clear questions, nothing tricky.

Senior HR recruiter called me to setup interview with Hiring Manager and key consultant. Interview went spectacularly, hiring manager wanted me to start immediately but they didn’t have funding or clearance from their client to start me. Company reposted location to 3000 miles away, I followed up with being willing to relocate to new site once construction started. Company ghosted me. Never heard back from them again.
