I had 3 interviews. First, an HR interview, then two interviews with the heads of the departments. The first two interviews went well, but the head of the valuation department asked me questions in a negative tone, which made me feel like they didn't want to hire me. This was the decisive interview. In the end, they rejected me, saying I didn't meet the requirements for the position.

They wasted a lot of my time and the offer they gave me after I passed all the filters was nothing like what we initially discussed. Also, the interviews always started an hour later than scheduled.

Behavioral Presentation

So I had this interview process, and honestly, I'm not totally sure what to make of it. I was expecting to meet with four people in person. The people who did interview me were really nice, but they didn't ask anything that felt super relevant to the actual job. Instead, they spent a lot of time telling me about the company, stuff you could easily find on their website. I'm kind of thinking they were more interested in getting a feel for me as a person than my actual experience. The weirdest part was that one of the interviewers, who was supposed to be my direct boss, couldn't make it because something came up.

The interview process was great. The recruiter was responsive and we had good conversations. The interviews themselves went smoothly. I was asked good questions and also got to ask my own. I had two interviews: the first was an initial recruiter screening, and the second was with the VP. Both were conducted over Zoom or phone.
