I had a first interview with HR over the phone, and it went pretty well. Then, I had a second interview with the hiring manager and the team, which also went well. I really enjoyed the whole interviewing process. The HR person actually CALLED ME the week after to let me know I was the first runner-up. They said they really liked me and wanted to keep me in mind for future roles. It wasn't a standard rejection call, but an actual conversation. I felt respected and heard, and I was very impressed.

The hiring process was very professional. It started with a recruiter screen, followed by an in-person interview that included a demo. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend High Point Digital. The questions were tough but designed to assess my technical skills.

A recruiter reached out to me. I had 2 phone interviews, each lasting about an hour. My first in-person interview was 2 hours long, where I met with the hiring manager and two team members. The final interview was an hour and a half with the hiring manager and three other managers. I was informed I was one of two finalists. Two days before I was supposed to hear back, I got a generic "do not reply" email saying thanks for applying. When I spoke to the hiring manager, they said upper management decided to eliminate the position the day after the final interviews, so no one would be selected.

First, I had an interview with HR where we discussed my resume and my personality. Then, the second interview was with the hiring manager. They went into more detail about my resume and work experience, and also gave me an overview of the job and the company's history.
