Customer Support Representative
There were 3 rounds in total. The first round was an HR screening. The second round was with the manager who asked scenario-based questions. The manager was eating lunch during the interview, which was unprofessional. All rounds went well from my end, but the HR department has not responded to my follow-up emails, leaving me with no update.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Customer Care Specialist
I got a call and had a preliminary interview set up. The person was punctual and nice. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job. However, they sent a nice thank you and some feedback. I appreciated that.

Customer Support Representative
The interviewer was late for 10 minutes without notice. He even wore a sleeveless basketball jersey during the interview and asked unrelated questions. The unprofessionalism and arrogance that was shown by one of your managers is unacceptable. Also, when applicants send their resumes please take time to read our experiences! And in the end, you will say that it doesn't align with what you need. You are just wasting everyone's time! Applicants will just waste their efforts for this company!
- What are three things you are looking for in a team?
