First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Highland Reserve.
Account Manager
It was a three step interview that took about an hour and a half. The interview was one on one, but the interviewer made me feel really comfortable since it wasn't in the office.
- Can you explain the difference between direct and indirect marketing?
Salesperson
It was an in-depth experience with multiple rounds. They do a great job of making sure you will fit well in the role, this is mainly so you don't waste your time! They want to make sure you will be successful! Great environment and atmosphere!
- How do you manage yourself, and what are your methods?
Server
I applied and then talked to the owner. She asked about my background and some things. I had a few days of training and then started serving on the floor. I shadowed other servers to learn how to do it.
- What hours can you work?
- Have you worked in fine dining before?
Account Manager
The first interview was basically a meet and greet with some questions to learn more about you. I got invited back for a second interview the same day. Everyone was really nice and professional.
- Tell me about your biggest success to date.
