Smooth interview process, really easy to communicate with. Just writing this to read other comments because I see a lot of people saying this place is a scam and it has raised some concerns so I am trying to look into things a bit futher.

It was a three round process. First, a meet & greet. Then, a more in-depth overview. Finally, a quick phone call to talk about the second round interview. The first two rounds had 2-3 questions and were about 30 minutes. The last round was just 5 minutes.

The process was pretty thorough, but definitely make sure you come with your own questions. You won't get solid answers to the important stuff until orientation. It's three stages: the first two are one-on-one interviews over zoom, and the last one is over the phone.

So the interview process usually has a few steps. We start with an initial screening, then there are some technical tests, and behavioral interviews. Sometimes there's a final round with the higher-ups. It's all about seeing if you've got the skills, the experience, and if you'd be a good fit for the team.
