After applying online, I had a phone screen with HR. Then, I had a Zoom interview, and after that, I was invited to the office for another interview. Overall, everyone was very nice, and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

The interview process was alright. Lots of rescheduling on the part of HR. I ended up realizing during the second to last interview that the only other candidate was someone who was friends with 2 of the 4 managers I interviewed with. I wish I hadn't wasted my time because it was obvious that he would've received an offer and that some of the HR set backs were a matter of them stalling for him. You win some you lose some.

This is a thorough and thought-provoking process, very in-depth. They want to know about your personal and professional experience and what motivates you, and where you want to grow. The company really cares about developing bench strength, so the managers all take their time to interview and take the process seriously.
