First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at High Tech.
IT Helpdesk
The interview process was straightforward, involving some technical questions. The interviewer was pleasant and approachable. It was just one round with HR who inquired about my approach to PC repair and router troubleshooting.
- Can you explain your process for repairing a PC?
- How would you go about troubleshooting a router?
- Could you tell me the reason for leaving your last position?
Teacher
The interview process was simple and straight forward because the place was a disaster and they needed people. I was called in for an interview and part of the process was presenting a portfolio. It became obvious once I was hired that the department's lead teacher felt threatened by me, although he was delusional and I did not want his job. I took this horrid job only because I needed work.
- Which superhero do you resemble?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
The hiring process was really communicative, straightforward, and I could see what was going on the whole time. I was given all the info on the role and company responsibilities. Everyone I spoke with was super nice.
- Can you tell me about your experience in hiring and what challenges you've encountered?
