First, there was a phone call to confirm the details. Then, an in-person training session with other people for about three hours. During the training, they taught us skills like table setting, opening wine bottles, and boxing a table.

The application process was quite straightforward. I was contacted by the office promptly to schedule an interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, where I received a basic overview of the company and the job duties, including details about the uniform and the types of events I'd be working at. They also covered some fundamental waiting skills, like clearing tables, and provided demonstrations. The atmosphere was very relaxed, and they showed us what to do in advance. The interviewer was very pleasant. Following this, I needed to schedule a formal training session with them.

The interview was very professional but also relaxed. I was glad I dressed smartly because everyone else was wearing suits. The interviewer was an actor who has worked for High Society for four years on and off. She was fun and interesting and could talk about all the work they had done too. I thought it would be long but it went by fast. I'd recommend this to my friends as a good chance for interview experience and to earn good money too.
