The interview process was quite lengthy, spanning several weeks. However, the interview scheduling was very accommodating. The questions asked were of moderate difficulty. Unfortunately, they hired someone else and I wasn't even notified.

Application process was fast and the team was responsive. I had a screening interview. Then I was told I had a second round interview, but the interviewer didn't show up. I waited 45 mins then emailed both contacts. After a week, I followed up and was told the initial contact didn't know the second interview didn't happen and they scheduled another. That interview went well and I was told they would decide within the week. The recruiter emailed about the final stage, a writing test. They acknowledged receipt. This was end of July and I heard nothing. I emailed end of August to follow up and still no response.

So I had two interviews, but honestly, it feels like a waste of time. The hiring coordinator calls you for less than 15 minutes, then makes you take a test. After that, they don't even tell you if you passed it, just that you have to come in. I get that the logic test is important for the job, but it's really inefficient to make someone drive to a strange part of Westwood just to take an Indeed assessment on their phone. Couldn't they just have people do the assessment beforehand, maybe after a phone screen, and then invite them to meet the CEOs? Seems like common sense.

This was a really unprofessional and untrustworthy experience. After going through 4 weeks of interviews with 4 different people at the company, they offered me the job. I signed the offer letter and got ready to start. But then, just 3 days before my start date, they sent an email saying they were taking back the offer. They didn't give any reason or say sorry. Because I had already turned down another job offer, I asked for more details, but they never gave them to me. It was the worst interview experience I've ever had.
