The first round was virtual and it went pretty well. But then, for the second round, when I interviewed with the colleagues, they were giving me dirty looks and not making much eye contact. They also seemed to have very little energy during the interview.

First, a quick 5-minute phone chat with HR. Then, a more in-depth hour-long phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had a full day of interviews, which felt pretty intense, with various employees from different teams. They even provided lunch. About a month after the interviews, I got a rejection letter in the mail.
