So I went through this company's hiring process and it was super unclear. They told me I'd get an offer after the VP round, but after I submitted all my documents for onboarding, they sprung a client round on me that they never mentioned before. This was a shock because I'd already turned down other jobs based on their promise. They even gave me two salary options: one if I passed the client round, and one if I didn't. I didn't know about any of this before the pre-joining stuff. I tried to trust the process, but it just got really messy. A week after the client round, they said the client liked me, then a little later they said they didn't. It was confusing. The lack of clarity about where I stood, plus the mixed messages from HR, recruiting, and the VPs, made it tough. Also, we had to wait forever for meetings. Honestly, the confusing communication and unexpected problems made it a really disappointing experience, and I lost out on another good opportunity and an offer.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview for the Business Analyst position was conducted in two rounds. The first round was a phone call where they asked basic questions about my education (graduation/post-graduation), my domain knowledge, any prior projects I'd worked on, and my motivation for joining the company. After passing the first round, I got an email for the second round. This technical round was held on Google Meet. I was asked to do a full business analysis of the 'Dream 11' app, including looking at competitors and preparing a presentation (PPT). Based on my analysis, they asked questions about my presentation. They were checking my analytical and business logic skills.

The whole thing took 4 days. It started with a general HR round. Then there was a 55-minute technical round over the phone. The third round was on Google Meet, and it felt like they were just practicing interviewing. They used words like 'lousy' and didn't ask questions properly. Afterwards, HR didn't update me on whether I was selected, which is their job. When I called them, they didn't even remember which job I interviewed for. Then they said they had a slightly different requirement, but didn't specify. When I asked, they said they needed someone with 2.5 years of Kotlin experience, but I only had 1 year (which they already knew from the first HR round). If they can't get basic info right in the first round, they're not worth working with. Total waste of time.
